About Our Studio:
We offer Infrared Heated classes and Non-Heated classes. Our studio is located in the Beautiful Historical Downtown Daytona Beach. You are invited you to this Sacred Space created to guide students to awareness of their true nature through the ancient practice of yoga. After class enjoy a walk in Beach Streets beautiful Riverside Park and visit some of the unique coffee and retail shops, that line the historic street.
Melissa Smith and Mellony Ritchey opened Renew in 2008 wanting to create a Sanctuary for students to feel safe and nurtured during their practice. Teachers at Renew come from many different trainings all offering a unique style and passion for teaching. Come grow with us....
